Returned Goods Policy
NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR CONSULTATION
The Procedure Below MUST be followed before any Goods can be Returned:• All products returned must be in good order and condition; acceptance is subject to inspection.
• ITW Industrial Packaging will accept for return, without reservation, the following;
- Any product supplied incorrectly, and/or
- Any product not to its given standard due to design error, faulty manufacture, damage in transit or where
ITW Industrial Packaging is at fault or otherwise responsible.
• All claims to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods or as otherwise agreed in writing.
• ITW Industrial Packaging reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee for goods returned based on the value
of the goods returned plus GST.
• Products that will not be accepted for return are specific manufactured to order or purchased to order product.
1. Freight costs incurred are the responsibility of the originator – unless ITW Industrial Packaging is responsible for
the reason for the return.
2. All returns are subject to inspection.
3. All credits will be to a specific account; i.e. no cash reimbursements.
